Glorig Kufte w/yogurt soup
Description
Definitely family favorite, comfort food at it’s best, small beef and bulgur meat balls, cooked in a yogurt soup, finished with dried mint, hard to resist.

Instructions
- In the pot, add chicken broth, water and butter, let it boil, separately in a bowl, add yogurt, lebni, egg and mint, mix well, once the butter starts to melt, add the yogurt mixture slowly, and stir constantly, for 15 minutes.
If you are adding meatballs (glorig kufte), after adding the yogurt mixture, stir for 5 minutes, and add the kufte and boil for additional 10 minutes.
