Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups (precooked) or 14 oz canned (drained) Kidney beans
- ½ cup Tahini
- 2 roasted red pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in the blender, chop for 1 minute and puree for 2 to 3 minutes. Add to plate, finish with sprinkle of cumin, red pepper, olive oil and serve.
